This year, Project Iowa continued walking alongside individuals as they discovered purpose, built confidence, and moved toward meaningful, stable employment. Through our Cultivating Careers program, 99 participants completed training designed to empower them with the skills and support needed to thrive. Of those seeking new opportunities, 49 individuals secured full-time jobs—each one a story of resilience, growth, and hope for the future.
